Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Team Management:

Creative Direction and Design Strategy:
  • Define and articulate the design vision and strategy for the group, aligning with the organization's goals and brand identity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product management, and engineering, to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Provide creative direction and guidance to designers, ensuring that design concepts are aligned with the overall strategy.

Design Project Management:
  • Oversee the entire design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring designs are visually compelling and user-centered.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Review and approve design work to ensure it meets the established standards of quality and creativity.

Design Expertise:
  • Utilize expert design skills to contribute directly to key design projects, producing high-quality design concepts, prototypes, and final deliverables.
  • Stay current with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the team's capabilities and offerings.

Collaboration and Communication:
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into design solutions.
  • Communicate design concepts, strategies, and rationales effectively to both internal teams and external partners.
  • Present design ideas and solutions to senior leadership and other stakeholders, advocating for the team's vision
